If for any reason you decide you do not wish to keep the Technical Remote Viewing Basic Training Course, simply
return the tapes and all included materials to us in good condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs.
To receive the refund, you must return all of the TRV Generation II Basic Training Course materials, including the videotapes, the CD,
tape sleeves, workbook, targets, case, pen, and any other materials enclosed in the package. Please package the tapes with the
same care we use to ship them to you. We will not accept returned tapes that are not enclosed in a box or similar shipping container.
We didn't send you damaged tapes, so please do not send us back damaged tapes wrapped in paper towels/toilet paper/brown paper/foil/saran wrap.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or mishandled tapes returned to us.
Include your name, address and telephone number, and note that you are returning the tapes for a refund. Please allow 3-5 working days
for us to process the refund after we receive the tapes, in addition to any processing periods that may be imposed by your bank.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be refunded by a credit to the card used. Refunds on purchases made by check or money order will
be refunded with a check. We cannot accept partial returns, or returns of tapes that are damaged or otherwise unusable, or on tapes returned beyond the 30 day period noted above.
